This place is awesome! 321 Coffee hires individuals with developmental disabilities to work the counter and make your drinks. The staff is outstandingly friendly and do a great job making the drinks requested. I got nitro cold brew that was delicious and my wife got a mango iced tea that was equally as good. The pastries are great and the cost is quite reasonable. A wonderful place to stop and get some good coffee and treats.

I had the pleasure of visiting 321 Coffee in Downtown Raleigh during a company retreat, and I was absolutely charmed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the incredible team greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm—it truly made my morning special. The coffee was nothing short of amazing, perfectly brewed and exactly what I needed to kickstart my day. What's truly inspiring about this place is their commitment to inclusivity and providing meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. It’s uplifting to see a business not only serve great coffee but also make a positive impact in the community. I’m so glad I popped in; they've definitely won a loyal customer in me. I can't wait to return and enjoy another delightful brew in such a welcoming and uplifting environment.

I am in Raleigh for a business trip and the nearest Starbucks is a long walk from my hotel. I stumbled upon 321 Coffee by chance and had a wonderful experience. Paul took my order quickly and my coffee is delicious. I will definitely be back! I had no idea they hired folks with intellectual disabilities before my trip - my sister has Down syndrome. What a wonderful addition to the community!

The coffee here was amazing. The cashier was super nice and friendly and got my coffee needs supplied. It was so amazing. The morning bun and the cinnamon bun or honey bun was awesome too. The outside seating was nice and quiet even with a concert going on behind us. So that was impressive as well. Overall a great spot to relax and have great conversations and coffee of course.

This is a fun cute little coffee shop that has a great vibe to it! The staff there was wonderful and the one who helped me was so sweet with a huge smile on her face! The coffee was very flavorful! I wish I was able to go back during my trip to try the kombucha because that looked tasty!

321 Coffee is such a cozy little gem! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and everything on the menu feels made with love. I especially want to give a shout-out to Sam at the register—so kind, friendly, and patient. Sam made the whole experience even brighter with a genuine smile and great energy. It’s the kind of place (and the kind of service!) that makes you want to come back again and again. 💛☕

This place knows how to do coffee! My husband got a hot cinnamon roll latte and I got an iced caramel americano. Both were delicious! Coffee flavor is bold and was definitely the star of both drinks - not too sweet! And the service was friendly and welcoming! Will be coming back and highly recommend!
